All PantzMonkey products are made-to-order.
Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before shipping.

Estimated delivery times after production:

Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, customs processing, or courier delays. These estimates are not guarantees.
🛑 Delayed or Lost Orders
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days from shipment, email us at pantzmonkeystore@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
❌ Incorrect Address or Delivery Failures
If a package is returned to our print partner due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your address at checkout.
📦 Multiple Items in One Order
Because we work with a third-party print partner, some items may ship separately depending on availability, production time, or fulfillment location.
You will receive tracking info for each shipment.
🇨🇦 Customs, Duties & International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
