📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🛑 All Sales Are Final — Except in Case of Defect

Because each PantzMonkey product is made-to-order through a trusted print partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5")


✅ What We Will Replace

If your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect

  • Damage during shipping

  • An item that is different from what you ordered

…we’ve got you covered.


📸 What You Need to Do

Email pantzmonkeystore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

We’ll review your request. If it qualifies, we’ll issue a free replacement — no returns required.


❌ Please Do Not Return Items

We do not accept returns. Any product sent back to us will not be processed or refunded.


🕒 Processing Time

Approved replacement requests are usually processed within 5 business days.
We’ll confirm everything by email.
